Problem with email

A problem at FS data has contributed to us not being able to access our e-mail system between 29 November and 5 December.

During this time, we have not been able to receive or send emails, so if you know that you sent an email during the period November 27 to December 5, we want you to contact us again so we can give you an answer to your email.

Order confirmations have been able to reach you because these emails come from the webshop's automatic system.

We can now receive e-mails but unfortunately the history has not come back yet, which means that we can not see e-mail conversations before December 6 yet.

Current update:
Wednesday, December 8 - The mail is running to send and receive but it still seems like some mail does not reach us and some mail does not reach you.
